Privacy Policy

We collect the website address you submit to run a public website audit. If you submit the optional review form, we also collect your name, church or organization, email, phone number, role, message, questionnaire answers, audit summary and permission choices.

We use this information to provide your audit, respond to your request, and send audit-related texts only when you explicitly opt in and SMS delivery is active. We record the consent wording, time and source with your request in Avandria's CRM.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers process information only to operate the audit, secure forms, store requests and deliver requested communications. Cloudflare provides hosting and spam protection. Twilio provides text delivery when activated.

Google Search Console connection

If you choose to connect Google, we request read-only Search Console access to display properties you are authorized to view, search clicks, impressions, average positions, queries and pages for your selected website. We do not modify your Google data. Your short-lived access token is encrypted on our server, and a secure browser cookie identifies your session. The session expires within one hour. Disconnect deletes the server session and clears its cookie. Expired session records are removed when a new connection begins. Google report data is displayed in your browser and is not added to your CRM request. You can also revoke Avandria access in your Google account permissions.

We retain requests and consent records as needed to provide services, honor communication preferences and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, deletion or withdraw consent, call Avandria at (615) 240-5312. Once text delivery is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and you can use the free audit without subscribing.
